How will BSG fulfill your communication needs?

At the moment that we are informed about your translation and/or localization project, we will ask you about the details with a brief project questionnaire (including deadlines, special terms, document formats, etc..) which will guide you to easily form a perfect outline of the project and to communicate us your specific needs or requirements.

Once the project outline is completed, the BSG Project Manager will examine the project to see if the project goal (which is your satisfaction) is completely achievable or not. If we ever see that your satisfaction can not be guaranteed, we will definitely not undertake that project. Sometimes a desired deadline can not be reasonable due to the nature of the project....and if that is the case, you can be sure that you will immediately be informed about the situation.

When the project manager approves the project, you will receive a detailed quote. Once you agree with our proposal and send us your firm order, the translation project will start immediately and will be completed at the proposed deadline.

The process described above normally takes less than a few hours (for larger projects it will take longer naturally) and is very important to ensure your satisfaction at the end of each project.

Remember, translation is basically about the satisfaction of a need....And we do care about your needs.
